Used or new gas turbines belong in the comparison too, judged on total installed scope rather than skid price, because the cheapest package can carry the most expensive balance-of-plant. Your new gas turbine generators should be compared on the full installed cost, the delivery schedule of every BOP item and the number of suppliers you must coordinate to reach first power.
