• Is campus interconnect capacity staged to accept modular blocks as they arrive?
• Is fuel supply contracted for the ultimate MW, not only the first hall?

• Who owns O&M across bridge inventory and later modular blocks?
• Are we still SEARCHING INVENTORY for earlier COD instead of waiting passively?
